Accounts Payable- Enter and upload invoices and expenses into ACCPAC accounting software system.- Sort, code and match employee expense reports for roughly 45 branches as well as corporate office.- Sort, code and match vendor invoices. Ensuring they have been approved by designated signing authority for each region before submitting payment. - Ensure monthly rents and mortgages are paid for each of our locations across Ontario.- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all accounts are up to date. - Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.- Prepare and perform cheque runs.- Research, correspond and resolve vendor invoice and employee expense discrepancies and issues.- Provide supporting documentation for audits.- Maintain accurate vendor files.- Maintain accurate employee files.Mobile Device ManagementMarch 2016 - February 2019-Oversee the company wide billing for company provided devices to our 45 branches across Ontario.-Track usage, overages and differentiate between personal and work usages. -Determine G/L codes and amounts based on different geo-locations to correctly charge each branch based on their percentage of devices.-Work with Accounts Receivable to recoup any charges that are deemed not fit for company use.-Track and update devices on a daily basis.-Track ticket systems for any turnover and update accordingly.-Work closely with I.T. to provide assistance when needed.
