• Monitor and ensure product movement in and out of the foreign trade zone are accounted for and declared properly to U.S. Customs • Validate data within FTZ system against actual shipment documentation and inventory management system data, including verification of assist values • Ensure accurate and complete record keeping related to FTZ transactions • Reconcile daily inventory balances using the nominated FTZ software provider• Interface with client providing high levels of customer service• Assist the distribution center (DC) in managing and troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and adjustments. Declare discrepancies to U.S. Customs as required and report root causes to Trade Compliance Manager• Prepare and submit weekly 3461/7501 filings to Customs Broker • Monitor daily shipments against weekly 3461 estimates and file a supplemental 3461 when necessary • Manage in-bond movements to the FTZ from various ports as needed • Create 7512’s for export shipments and returns

• Communicating with clients, suppliers, and brokers; both verbally and in writing.• Ensuring necessary information and documentation is requested and follow up is conducted timely.• Processing client’s electronic data files through mainframe activities and/or client’s entry system and forwarding requests to obtain NAFTA Certificates of Origin to the appropriate STTAS department, the Origin Verification Business Representative or Entry Specialist.• Analyzing & reviewing entry data to determine if information is valid, resolving any part number or duns number issues.• Preparing and submitting NAFTA refund claims, providing client copies, and maintaining records.• Developing and maintaining databases and preparing tracking/status reports as required.• Attending and actively participating in client/broker meetings and other meetings as required.• Resolving customer service issues and contacting unresponsive suppliers, as required.• Interfacing with the Entry Program Manager and Entry Supervisor regarding clerical projects in support of Refunds activities (retrieval of documents, data entry, and special projects).• Coordinating activities with the Valuation Team with regard to entry related issues as needed.
