I assist in the visual merchandising and store promotions. I am responsible for leading the sales associates and also delegating tasks to guarantee store standards and deadlines are met. I drive sales and motivate associates to ensure meeting sales goals as well as give amazing customer service.

In charge of merchandising and creating/building unique visuals for the store. My responsibilities also included leading employees and assisting the Store Manager in accomplishing store’s business objectives through coaching, investment, retention and motivation.

In charge of overall presentation and visual marketing displays in the store. I am also responsible for assisting the Store Manager in maximizing sales, creating the best shopping experience for customers, as well as lead, motivate, and encourage sales associates.

I choreograph routines to be taught to the girls in my dance class and work with improving their technique. I share my passion for dance as well as inspire and help each student grow as a dancer and an artist. I'm also responsible for creating monthly lesson plans for each class and communicating with the community to plan performances at local events.

Worked with Student Activities Director as well as directors of other organizations on campus to understand their needs and develop drafts and final designs by the deadlines set. I was responsible for creating designs with a high visual impact to be used on campus and throughout the community to advertise University information and events.

I assisted the classroom teacher with preparing classroom activities and class work as well as helped children that were struggling or behind. I also helped to maintain cleanliness and safety of the classroom itself. I implemented positive discipline when needed and also acted as a positive role model.
