CurrentI take billing calls to assist customers with the understanding of their account charges. While on these calls I explain billing disputes, showcase our billing procedures, give information to customers on how to best utilize their services, and converse to build rapport so I can upsell products and services to the customer. I am, also, part of the support escalations team and take calls that need resolution beyond the main conversation with a billing representative; thus acknowledging my advanced understanding of our billing systems, products and policies.
