At Adept Marketing, I realized the need to for a software tool that consolidates marketing performance data and makes reporting easier. BringShare, a product developed for agencies, takes the aggregation of marketing data a step further by combining data from disparate sources and presenting it in a visual way that allows marketers to make smarter decisions about their online marketing.

With business partner Justin Spring, I launched the first PRStore franchise in Ohio, where we provided a one-stop-shop storefront for business owners to receive marketing services. We quickly became one of the top-grossing locations for the franchise, and used many of the lessons from this business to help us start our own agency, Adept Marketing.

I helped drive market share in the first-time homebuyer market, sell condos and rent apartments through the product design and strategy. I led efforts to update the apartment models and finish selections, and also developed the business concepts for The Goat Bar + Restaurant and Om Fitness Club, both of which are currently in operation at Lifestyle Communities. My work also included helping negotiate the first ever naming rights for the then-named PromoWest Pavilion to become the now-known LC, and worked on the identification and development of new market expansion in Lexington and Charlotte. My work in this position helped double the market share and achieved aggressive growth for the brand.

I worked with Fortune 500 companies to implement large technology systems. I focused on the people/change management side of those projects - ensuring that people understood the impact of the system on their job, how they would use the new system and why it was important.
