Managing the sales team, Superuser for IT systems and networks, ensuring best practice and creating sales focusses, responsibility of the resort website, analysing and reporting to the General Manager and Director of Golf on current and future sales and strategies, duty manager shifts for both the hotel and golf club, overseeing of the sales strategies in the Professional Shop, complaint handling, problem solving, bi-weekly forecasting of sales, creating new and retaining existing clients of Exclusive Hotels by accurate and focused account management including clients from premiership sports clubs and blue-chip companies, creating yearly marketing strategies and changing them to suit the present market when required, creating and driving social media and email campaigns, regularly presenting sales reports and future sales strategies to the senior board, presenting to clients, event management, exhibition management and project management, , creating and implementing beneficial internal procedures, internal training, assistance in creating budgets, selling a range of products specialising in the Exclusive Golf brand of the business: 5* residential corporate golf days across the hotel collection.
