I have a background in Administration and Customer Service, having worked as a Account Administrator and Customer Consultant before spending three years in the skies as Cabin Crew for British Airways. In 2021 I chose to return to the corporate world as a Team Leader for Neptune and have since been taken on as an Operations Executive for Imagine Cruising. I am passionate about high quality customer service. I work hard with my team to ensure the customer journey with Imagine Cruising is a positive and successful one, by creating strong and long-lasting relationships with our suppliers and monitoring the high standards of the products we are selling. I have experience in people management, having managed a small and successful team with Neptune. I believe people are the heart of a business, and I enjoy ensuring people are working to the best of their capabilities and are content and driven in their roles. I have also practiced in Project Management, having worked on process changes as an active decision maker and activity monitor.
