I worked in Contracts/Reconciliations, as well as Payments and Dividends during my time at JarvisMain Responsibilities Included:-Manage cash accounts with our overseas settlement agent-Ensure all overseas trades are funded promptly-Reconcile cash accounts with overseas agent-Reconcile Client Money bank accounts-Reconcile holdings with fund managers-Liaise with Market-makers and Model B clients-CREST checking-Inputting of Unit Trust, overseas and CREST trades-Set up Coverall Renunciation forms with Fund Managers-Provide cover for other departmental roles such as Payments and Dividends-Investigate unmatched trades promptly-Ensuring all reportable trades are transaction reported-Investigating any failed transaction reports-Set up new stocks in system-Investigate any stock static issues, including pricing
