Managing a ten bed short stay unit (residential) and a small supported living service. Ensured that each service operated safely at all times, including safe staffing levels were met and that all risks were appropriately assessed. Key priorities included attendance management, performance and ensuring the home operated effectively.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with CQC standards across 27 residential services (older adults and learning disabilities) and 8 home care services. Responsible for monitoring each service, implanting action plans, escalating concerns when needed, ensuring compliance with standards.
