My job consisted of working alongside men experiencing homelessness and supporting them in improving their health, wellness, and life skills. I aided in harm reduction strategies, navigating community resources, and responding to medical emergencies. I contributed to a community of belonging by using anti-oppressive and trauma-informed approaches in this role.
