- Provides support to clients regarding eligibility inquiries, processing requested changes with carrier partners, ID card requests, and billing questions/issues.- Researches, analyzes, and reconciles eligibility discrepancies between Employee Navigator and partnering carriers’ integrations.- Responds to member eligibility or group questions timely & verifies enrollment status.- Processes and audits complicated open enrollment submissions.

· Billing time and expenses for 30 clients, averaging 500 invoices per month· Research and resolve client questions around invoices· Manage spreadsheet tracking all client purchase order numbers for ongoing work and maintaining requirements for invoicing and invoice submission· Managing collection efforts for late payments of client invoices, with a 100% success rate· Assisting with month end financials and end of year tax preparation, including annual 1099s for vendors · Receive and enter all incoming vendor invoices and employee expense reports, including credit card statements, and ensuring expenses are in compliance with company policy· Assist with bi-monthly check runs to endure timely payment of vendors· Creating and updating procedural manuals, as needed

· Bill for time and material and quoted service work for multiple trades· Research and resolve client billing problems or issues· Maintain client requirements for invoicing and invoice submission· Manage files for sales personnel and service department

· Generate invoices for monthly advertising through Elan Software from Media Services Group for multiple publications ranging from weekly, monthly, or quarterly. · Collect payments on past due invoices, using Excel to track late customers. · Organize all customer insertion orders by publication and issue date to refer back to during billing. · Assist with industry trade shows: Coordinate registration for exhibitors and attendees, organize exhibitor information for promotional items, create discount codes as needed and manage flow of information on digital webpages

· Inform customers on health programs and schedule them health professionals using Microsoft Outlook· Schedule customers appropriately according to health needs and requirements· Participate in work groups to improve workplace learning and functionality
