Responsibilities include achieving annual sales and profits quest, while working in partnership with operations to deliver an exceptional experience for guests attending various events at the Scottrade Center and Peabody Opera House. Manage the daily operations of the catering department including establishing and maintaining new accounts.Communicate with customers, vendors, managers and staff to coordinate the set-up, execution and teardown of catered events for corporate and private clients.Create and maintains the Levy at Scottrade website, with monthly updates of new upcoming events, new recipes and additional pertinent information.Build monthly marketing blasts through Exact Target to generate new leads and communicate with clients.Maintain financial reporting, administrative functions, budgets and expenses.Design floor-plan layouts, menu selection, pricing and event themes.
