Established best practices for associate benefit programs after uncovering costly payroll discrepancies. Lead HR/Payroll system(s) replacement project from start to finish, including the RFP/Vendor Selection, Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Test, Communications and Implementation. Manage all tasks and deliverables in project plan to ensure all requirements and success criteria are met.

As a startup, the company had no prior Human Resources practice.
