After obtaining my Bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2014, I had no doubt about the career I should choose. I decided to utilize my knowledge of human psychology to attract donors to nonprofit organizations helping children with disabilities. That is what inspires me and makes me aim for new career goals within my industry.As a young and ambitious specialist, I am proud of the fact that I produce 15 events annually under significant budgetary restrictions and generating $600,000 in additional event revenue for Jill’s House. I am a fast-learner able to gain proficiency with unfamiliar software and working processes within a short time, including InDesign, Raiser's Edge and Team Raiser software that I learned on my own.I am passionate about events organization especially when I see that attendees of my events are happy and delighted. I enjoy seeing how they have fun, but I also want them to understand the mission of the company behind each event.
