I have experience working in both large corporations and small businesses as either an Office Manager or Administration Manager, leading a dedicated team of support staff. In 2020 I founded Business Administrative Services where I provide virtual/remote Business Admin Support for small to medium-sized businesses. I work with small business owners assisting with the day-to-day administration, calendar, inbox and task or project management. I work with Exec Management Teams, General Managers, Financial Controllers, HR and recruitment teams to provide administration, HR & Finance support, policy and procedure development, workflows or task management, and also system/platform user management, development, implementation and optimisation.
