I am an enthusiastic, motivated and positive person who contributes to school life. My teaching experience is in the U.K, Qatar and Poland. Due to my experience, I am competent in planning a curriculum, creating an excellent attitude to learning through my teaching and using a range of assessment strategies to monitor and progress learners further. I am confident in the use of technology within the classroom and use it regularly. I have led staff training, set up a staff association in my current school and ran a range of after school clubs. I understand the need to stay up to date with educational research and use this to improve and reflect on my own practise. The previous 3 years, I have carried out my own educational research within school.
