Branch Support Manager
CurrentEnsure all office and operations run smoothly and per policy and procedures. Act as a liaison between staff and branch manager making policy and procedures decisions as well as dispute resolution. Process payroll, AP, AR, HR, office and warehouse inventory. Onboard and train new staff to include developing training materials. Hold IICRC certification as a Water Remediation Technician, Odor Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician.
