Overseeing security operations for the Resort which includes 2 hotels, a casino and 3 golf courses. Duties include but not limited to creating weekly schedules, coordinating officers for special events and in emergency situations, set up meeting rooms for executives and/or for training sessions, conduct training for both officers and other associates at the resort, complete payroll duties, and other administrative duties. Work alongside other departments to ensure both associate and guest safety is priority and respond to any emergency medical calls.

I addressed all guest concerns and assist in anyway possible in order to make our guests' stay more exceptional which included but wasn’t limited to: event planning, sending/delivering parcels, booking accommodations via the LMS system, etc.. I also assisted in the different departments such as Food and Beverage, Front Desk, Conference Services etc. in order to ensure hospitality standards are at the highest level.I also checked into all security concerns for the French Lick Hotel and addressed all issues. This included, emergency preparedness for employees such as fire drills, weather emergencies, etc. I also used my EMT skills to assist our guests with any medical issues.

Along with my EMT duties for the casino, I also manage our officers in a productive way that keeps the business operating as smoothly as possible. There is also some admin duties that come with the position including the training of new officers, creating daily schedules for the officers, conducting investigations, documenting any unusual activity within the casino, and addressing any concerns for both the guests of the resort and the employess.I also take care of the medical inventory for the resort. I conducted an inventory audit once or twice a month (depending on how many medical runs there are) to ensure there are plenty of supplies for our employees and guests medical needs. This not only includes the supplies used by the EMTs, but also, in the first aid kits for each department. I had to keep track on what each department uses from the inventory in order to ensure their department gets billed for the item.
