- Establish standards and guidelines for vendors, monitoring vendors to ensure these policies are being followed.- Research vendors to find the best products and prices available within jurisdictions needed.- Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
