An Associate Solicitor with 20 years' specialist experience of working with businesses and individuals on all aspects of employment law and HR. I am passionate about helping people and businesses by offering considered outcomes that alleviate their problems. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to finding a solution - it has to work for the client and meet their needs. I pride myself on delivering advice in this way. Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, I managed a large team including professionals and administrative staff, so have experience of HR from an internal prospective. This included recruitment, performance development, appraisals and chairing internal meetings/hearings.
