• Led the Bellagio Host teams, VIP Call Center team, and Mlife team through a 2.5-month shutdown due to the pandemic of COVID-19• Reopened Bellagio with both host teams under my leadership, growing my Marketing Executive team by 100%• Broke barriers between our two experienced host teams and combined the them to create a more inclusive and engaged team that now share best practices, coach each other on credit transactions, and work together to develop new skill sets• Collaborate with COE, sister properties, and Special Events teams to develop tournaments that met the health & safety restrictions while still providing an elevated experience to our guests• Cultivate and redesign new tournament formats to enhance the guest experience, while growing margins, and that challenge the status quo

• Stood up the Casino Marketing Cross Property Initiative which was a culture shift for the entire Casino Marketing department and required extensive reporting, confidence, collaboration, and trust to deploy successfully• Responsible for managing and developing the casino host team, National Marketing Manager, and National Marketing Administrator• Introduced the Team Goal Production Program for the host team which created a collaborative environment for our team and reduced the possessiveness of our customer database• Developed reporting for all MGMRI Casino Marketing teams which will not only standardize what all teams are reviewing but has also provided the individual property teams with new insights to make actionable business decisions
