• Maintain, analyze and summarize general ledger accounts.• Supervise exempt and non-exempt accounting staff of 4.• Develop and maintain chart of accounts.• Process new orders for sales department and assist enterprise sales team during sales process. Prepare sales commissions.• Prepare payroll on a semi-monthly basis.• Work directly with external auditors on annual audits.• Managing A/R and A/P.• Prepare accrued expenses.• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.• Conduct thorough review of the income statements and meet accounting deadlines• Prepare monthly, quarterly and year end closing.• Prepare consolidated monthly revenue and churn reports and analysis for senior management.• Work on special projects as needed• Report to the VP of Finance.

• Maintain fixed asset.• Maintain A/P and A/R aging and reconciliations.• Prepare journal entries.• Process semi-monthly payroll.• Analyze and reconcile all balance sheet accounts• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year end closing, provide the Controller with accurate and detailed information• Approve wire transfers and ACH payments.• Prepare materials for internal/external audits
