In my current role at Make, I’m responsible for leading the global demand generation strategy to help hit our annual pipeline goals. I manage a team of three marketing managers (events, ops, and campaigns) across the UK and Europe while working closely with Sales leadership, globally. I have worked in a variety of businesses—early to exiting start-ups as well as scale-ups—where I have gained nearly a decade of experience in B2B Marketing. I have a proven track record of driving revenue through customer-focused campaigns that use data, technology, and creativity. Successfully, I have led campaigns across paid ads, email, display, social media, webinars, events, media buys, content, web and ABM. I have also implemented Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot while building and maintaining strong operational structures for revenue teams.Throughout my career, I learnt the importance of marketing and sales collaboration to drive business growth. I believe both functions work hand-in-hand and as a leader, I coach teams on full funnel approaches. By doing so, I have increased collaboration between teams, improved the customer journey, and delivered valuable results.
