Serving as the central liaison for referral processing, I process referral requests and provide referral information to ensure the provision of high quality, cost-effective care for over 4000 Physicians Care Network managed care patients and over 100 managing providers. Educate both insured members and healthcare providers about the referral and authorization process and support questions regarding benefits and other health plan management scenarios including eligibility.
