Hosted debate sessions in the Human Rights & Economics committee. Monitored 40+ delegates for 7+ hours every day for 1 week per yearly convention. Organized and managed position papers & participation for respective delegates & collaborated with other fellow committee chairs to process a more cohesive, smooth environment for debate and negotiations.

Served as editor-in-chief and writing team lead while organization was still active.
