Taught 11 courses in the Faculties of Arts, Management, and Continuing Education on topics in writing and literature. Courses ranged in size from 15 to 50 students, and included a mixture of graduate and undergraduate classes. Experience with independently developing course design and assessment models as well as teaching sections of a centrally coordinated, multi-instructor class to ensure coherence and standardization. Strong incorporation of multi-media teaching strategies and a focus on the inclusion of different learning styles.

Worked with a team of 4 to supervise a staff of 85 invigilators, ensuring that exam materials were distributed and collected and protocol was maintained as approximately 2000 students wrote their final exams. Responsible for liaising with faculty and administration, responding to student concerns, and overseeing all aspects of the exam process.

Managed a team of 6 employees to coordinate and supervise the operations of mandatory training and licensing program for casino employees, maintained employee database. Ensured that adequate numbers of employees were trained in specific skills and coordinated shift scheduling. Oversaw cage operations, tracking volumes of cash in excess of $800 000.
