*Handles Burj Al Arab Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel’s Food and Beverage Purchase Requisition*To source, negotiate and purchase food and beverage related items from both local and oversea vendors* In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules* Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors

June 24, 2013Responsibilities:- Assists the Vice President in his calendar, meetings and documents- Coordinates with other departments in their inquiries in a daily basis: Centralized Procurement – All Jumeirah Hotels and Restaurants in Dubai (Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Emirates Tower, World Trade Centre Residence, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Restaurants and Wild Wadi Waterpark)- Handles all the document related inquiries – receiving, encoding, tracking and dispatching- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information- Assists all visitor’s concerns at the reception desk- Administering the department’s generic e-mail account in addressing all introduction/product offers sent by new potential suppliers- Handles the Departmental Meeting Minutes and Presentation- Doing the administrative reports in a monthly basis- Creates Local Purchase Orders for the department and codes for Requisition Orders to be used in Adaco System
