I began working in Payroll when I was 16 years old. At 19 I was given a unique opportunity by a mentor to transition to Human Resources. In that position I discovered my passion for Benefits Administration, realizing I was learning things I lacked as a Military Spouse. I was educating myself on how our Military Benefits worked and began developing a passion for helping others understand their benefits in a way I never did. This passion keeps me engaged and learning in the Benefits field to save money and stress for employees, and the employer. I truly enjoy my career and helping others and hope to continue to do so at every level of an organization.
