Senior Crm Field Representative
Current- Manages and provides overall support for a territory of 150+ agent entities with over 300 locations across New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts.
- Facilitates the agency onboarding process and trains agents on personal lines and commercial lines products, appetite, underwriting guidelines, quoting platforms, and agent site.
- Conducts regular agent visits to support assigned agencies. Addresses agent concerns, gathers feedback, supports ongoing training needs, and reinforces compliance with automation initiatives and current underwriting.
- Assists with problem resolution for system errors/questions, agent site access, rating credential errors, IVANS download issues, and agent book rolls.
- Acts as a testing resource for agent facing systems including quoting platforms, billing portals, claims entry, and comparative raters (SinglePoint, PL Rating, EZLynx, and TurboRater).
