- Responsible for engaging and interacting with students not currently involved with or informed about UDance by presenting to over 50 First-Year Experience and similar classes throughout the year- Aim to continue to make our UDance community more inclusive and serve as the main point of contact for groups who are not currently involved with UDance, including first-year students, graduate students, and World Scholars- Educate the international student population on the mission of UDance by collaborating with programs such as International Coffee Hour and tabling at International Student Orientation- Act as a representative and primary contact for UDance when contacting UD satellite campuses and maintain engagement with these students by sharing events and campaigns in monthly newsletters- Represent UDance at the involvement fair and monthly tabling events to encourage students to create a fundraising page - Serve as a member of UDance’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee to establish a sense of belonging amongst the UDance Executive Board and all UDance participants- Focus on taking initiative and providing opportunities for others to provide feedback, perspective, and new ideas specifically related to first-year student outreach and ways in which the dance marathon event can be more accessible for people with disabilities
