My tenure in this position centered around the hiring, training and the promotion of over 200 managers. I collaborated on an extensive curriculum program that was adopted by McDonald's East Division McOpco, a system consisting of over 700 restaurants. This twelve week training program taught managers not only the foundation of McDonald's operating.

I was responsible for conducting all new hire orientation for 12 restaurants and completed all required labor law and policy documentation. I acted as brand ambassador for both internal and external customers and orchestrated recruiting initiatives for profit center.

Responsible for customer satisfaction as well as managing controllable line items to ensure profitalibilty. In this position I was also responsible for maintaining exceptional levels of quality, service and cleanliness while coaching and training restaurant employees.
