Strategically planned, implemented, and managed robust campaigns for patient acquisition and retention in Alabama, Texas, Massachusetts, Oregon, and Washington dental practices. Marketing campaigns encompassed multiple tactics and deliverables such as Google Ads, Facebook, direct mail, and email blasts. Created reports and analysis for website metrics on 2 websites, the success and expenditure of patient campaigns, and reputation management.

Successfully pioneered, launched and managed the online reputation for 74 dental practices. Designed and updated creative marketing materials including, but not limited to brochures, flyers, forms, print and digital advertisements, newsletters and mailers.Chair of the Employee Appreciation committee – managed an annual budget, organized, planned and strategized with a team of 10 to develop company wide events for 800+ employees.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute all logistics for a large annual 4-day summer meeting that encompassed 20+ continuing education courses, 40+ retail vendor attendees, a live and silent auction, dinner and a 5k-run with 400+ attendees.Established, negotiated and maintained relationships with 14 vendors that supplied member benefits to our contracted provider program.

Recruited dental providers in 8 Oregon counties and the state of Idaho where my typical day consisted of cold calling, office visits, prospecting new business and securing provider contracts building a network to 1200+ dental providers.
