Masters of Design is the nationwide premier provider of award and championship rings, emblematic jewelry and professional awards.Created sales strategies, managed business programs and strategically guided company towards expansion into the professional sports market. Responsible for planning and forecasting of the Sports and Special Markets division. Established, improved and maintained appropriate account contacts to ensure successful customer relationships. Responsible for creating and presenting sales material to professional sports teams. Responsible for working with the professional sports teams to create their internal marketing programs to their families and fan base. Maintained a constant and consistent flow of information to and from the on-site manufacturing facility. Responsible for evaluating product quality before presented to the client. Represented Masters of Design at numerous trade shows and events.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing several high-profile projects simultaneously.As Executive Director also started a new division at Masters of Design called Symbolic Traditions. Symbolic Traditions was a web-based employee performance tracking system. Collaborated in building the software and taking the product to sales partners. Educated sales partners on the software and assisted their efforts with end-user customers. Developed all internal systems and processes to establish the new division. This included securing office and distribution space, new hires, office policies and procedures, workflow processes as well as budgeting and forecasting for this division. Managed a team of six employees dedicated to working in the Symbolic Traditions division. Grew the division to $6M in two years. Symbolic Traditions was the most successful and profitable division within Masters of Design.

Us

Managed Bowstreet's speaker's bureau. Identified key speaking opportunities and developed and submitted abstracts on behalf of all Bowstreet executives. Wrote press releases and prepared information for the media. Responded to media requests. Helped executives prepare and speak effectively to the media. Helped to maintain Bowstreet's corporate image and identity. Represented Bowstreet at corporate events and trade shows. Collaborated on advertising and promotional campaigns to determine whether they were compatible with Bowstreet's public relations efforts.

Responsible for day-to-day management of twelve recognition award accounts, including the division's largest. Responsible for sales, new product lines, creation, and presentation of marketing and advertising campaigns. Managed a team of product managers responsible for both product design and cost. Consult and resolve client concerns regarding products, pricing, service, marketing, quality and delivery.
