Responsible for the development of the products and services on the Ipsos Channel Performance roadmap for Customer Counting (ex Retail Performance), ensuring a capability is developed to support the launch and ongoing delivery of them. My role involves keeping the needs of the users in mind, analysing the market to develop an awareness of the affordability of products, monitoring the strength of the competition and to spot the next generation technologies and solutions. I also have ownership over our online reporting platform which delivers business insights to our clients.
