• Create and maintain internal and external knowledge spaces for Medidata’s Classic Rave, Rave EDC, and Medidata Designer products including how-to articles, reference materials, FAQ, and release notes• Curate known and resolved issue lists from JIRA on a weekly basis • Partner with customer care, help desk, and professional services team members to improve documentation • Work with local and remote product management, QA, development, and translation teams to create accurate and up-to-date documentation• Partner with User Experience (UX) team to craft in-application messaging• Create Pendo generated pop-ups, feature release announcements, and other in-application guides• Serve as Documentation Milestone Scrum Master, running scrum meetings and maintaining a dashboard for all documentation milestones across all Medidata products • Serve as copy editor for colleague’s knowledge spaces and release notes as needed • Lead various department-wide initiatives throughout the year• Assist in training and serve as subject matter expert for company’s collaboration platform and maintain departmental page• Mentor and assist in on-boarding of new team members
