This role was created shortly after the launch of Totara. During my time in this role, I led the first Totara projects for Kineo. As an e-Learning Developer, I worked closely with clients and internal teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of custom e-Learning, Moodle course pages and bespoke HTML websites. My main responsibility was to incorporate graphics and learning design within the chosen technology, to build the elearning packages.Key Skills and Competencies:- Detailed knowledge of SCORM 1.2- Experience with using e-Learning authoring tools such as: Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia and Cranberry (Kineo’s in house flash based program.)

Totara Learning Solutions is a separate organisation which Kineo form a third of. As a Totara Trainer and Community Coordinator I was seconded to Totara to assist with the launch of the product and to promote the LMS to potential partners and clients.Key Responsibilities:- Assisted in launching the product- Designed and delivered product webinars, training materials and face-to-face training sessions for new and existing partners and subscribers- Created and maintained the Totara community website- Created and quality documentation and resources in the community- Acted as Totara ambassador and consultant
