I connect technology and social justice to transform the future. I believe that technology is only revolutionary when it positively impacts society.I am a professional with over 13 years of experience in sectors such as Technology, Security, Technology, Real Estate, Telecommunications, Agriculture, and many others. My career includes leading innovation projects, Customer Success, project management, sales, and strategic involvement in startup acceleration programs. I have worked in technology companies that went through significant investment rounds, with both national and international expansion, where I led diversity and inclusion initiatives and developed strategies to integrate underrepresented groups into the sector.My interest in the technology ecosystem began in 2017 when I deepened my studies on startups and investment funds in Brazil. I was accepted into the Master's program in Law at the University of Brasília, focusing on the regulation of large tech companies, which enhanced my ability to understand the impact of large-scale innovation.Currently, I am a researcher, where I study the impacts of AI on Black communities in Latin America. This provides me with a unique perspective on how emerging technologies can influence social inclusion, especially in emerging markets.I am the founder of "Do Silêncio ao Silício," an innovation hub created to democratize access for Black entrepreneurs to Silicon Valley. In 2024, we took 10 entrepreneurs for a 15-day immersion at the world's largest tech companies, such as Google, Meta, and Apple. We believe that international experiences, education, and networking can transform the startup ecosystem and make it more inclusive.Throughout my career, I have led impactful projects, from building inclusion strategies to developing training programs and teams, including senior leadership.
