Student Government Accountability Agency

UF Student Government Cabinet is an organization within the Executive branch dedicated to improving the student experience. Leadership Development and Involvement is under the Leadership and Service division and was created to increase student proficiency in leadership, on-campus involvement, and professional development.

Facilitated ticket sales and raised awareness for free concerts and performances sponsored by UF Student Government Productions through tabling, social media promotion, and announcing.

UF SGP is an Executive Agency within UF Student Government that brings musical talent to campus. As an ambassador, I communicated with executive board members, promoted events via social media, tabling, and announcing at Greek chapters. Ambassadors also facilitated day-of preparation including set up, check in, and clean up.

Collaborated with Public Relations Chair to create, curate, and post content on social media for the Epsilon Phi chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma.

Represented my chapter to coordinate and encourage participation in The Big Event’s philanthropic efforts

FLA is a leadership development program for the top 100 sophomores in the Heavener School of Business and Fisher School of Accounting. The program teaches the Emotionally Intelligent Leadership model to business students to help us cultivate leadership and professional skills that are applicable in the work place. FLA places a heavy focus on career.

Heavener Leadership Challenge (HLC) is a leadership development program in the Heavener School of Business created to demonstrate to sophomore and junior participants in the program that leadership is a learnable skill. In the program, 64 students complete a leadership self-assessment. Then, the students are lead to identify, understand, and capitalize on.

Florida’s Future Leadership Program is a Leadership Development Program for first year students at the University of Florida where campus leaders educate cohort members on what it takes to be a leader in their respective organizations. Cohort members are also paired with mentors that are active members of Florida Blue Key.

Led absentee ballot distribution as Absentee Ballot Chair. Assisted with executive ticket debate as Debate Committee Member. Facilitated over 10,000 student votes over two days.

Dance Marathon at Maclay is a community program affiliated with DMFSU, a fundraiser for Shands Children’s Hospital. As executive director, I led a leadership team of fifty middle and high school students to become the sixth highest fundraising high school in the nation, raising over $103,000, a school record. Personally fundraised over $37,000 over four.
