As the Senior Manager of Global IS Service Delivery at Trimble, I lead a team IT professionals in 4 teams across four regions, supporting more than 12,000 employees worldwide. I am responsible for our server infrastructure, global help desk, google workspace collaboration services, and security operations. I am accountable for the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of global IT operations, as well as developing and implementing best practices and processes for continuous improvement.I have 27 years of experience in the IT field, with a strong background in helpdesk management, training, systems support, and project management. I have completed multiple certifications and am also proficient in Jira Service Desk, a tool that I use to manage, monitor, and optimize IT operations. My mission is to deliver exceptional service to Trimble employees. I have been promoted numerous times because of my positive attitude, service mindset, and striving for continuous improvement by collaborating with leaders from various roles. I’m open to new experiences outside of Information Technology and have the experience and transferable skills to be an asset to any company.
