I am a Content Moderator with a strong background in trust and safety, content review, and security analysis. I have worked with leading companies in the tech industry, such as Meta and Palo Alto Networks, to ensure the quality and safety of their digital channels and products.In my most recent role at Meta, I was part of a specialized team that delivered on impactful projects with increased efficiency, such as testing and iterating on new experimental work, reducing AHT, improving quality, and updating UIs. I also managed the content moderation queue and enforced the rules, moderating digital and user-generated content. Previously, at OCTI, INC., I developed, troubleshooted, and analyzed AR/VR products, and moderated user-generated content within the AR app. At Palo Alto Networks, I analyzed security events and alerts, executed incident response procedures, and communicated and assisted stakeholders. I also identified and mitigated security risks, such as compromised systems, accounts, and phishing campaigns. I am passionate about developing successful relationships with vendors and subject-matter experts, and proactively monitoring digital channels for quality and safety.
