Current- Head recruiting efforts and hiring process for all potential full-time candidates and interns in New York City office, managing recruiting logistics, including final round interview preparation and travel planning for.
- Centralized and improved on-boarding process for 50+ new hires, creating training materials and executing training sessions. Provide training to new hires on corporate policies, corporate databases, travel/expense.

- Organize internal events including volunteer work, parties and team building events. Team building events include a Central Park scavenger hunt, go-karting excursion, cooking competitions and sporting event outings.
- Plan and coordinate external events for 150+ attendees including annual Growth Conference, Consumer Conference, Business & Infrastructure Conference, Valuations Dinner, Financial Sponsors Dinner and Intimate Executive.
