Hello, my name is Danielle D'Innocente.I have my Associates Degree of applied science in business administration. Also, I have a certification as an Office Specialist, and in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access). I am currently working to achieve my bachelor's degree with a double major in business administration and management. In addition to my educational background I have gained experience and knowledge in customer service. The jobs that I have had, gave me the skills that I need to accomplish any task. These skills include time management, planning, organizing, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality customer service.When combining all of my skills, knowledge, and determination to succeed, overall, it outweighs my lack of experience for my future career.
