Reporting to the Global Head of TA, I led the Executive Recruitment team for Kellanova's Global Regions including North America, Latin America & Europe. Led Recruiting Team to Achieve a $2.5M cost avoidance in first year while ensuring inclusive talent slates and pipelines. 2023 cost avoidance of $4.5M.Additionally:+Collaborated with Global Head of TA to roll out a revised TA strategy enabling TA to improve its ability to attract world class talent and optimize its talent model & delivery at all levels globally.+Led North America Recruitment team to ensure appropriate sourcing levers were utilized in order to fill 400+ entry to senior level roles in advance of company spin, while also leading daily and weekly reporting to executive leaders. +Partnered with Global Technology leadership to provide oversight and guidance on the recruitment strategy of positions in key global markets.+Co-led CRM implementation and ATS integration to enable pipelining and sourcing efforts globally.+Ensure external market insights and data is leveraged with Business/HR.+ Led the development and facilitation of recruiter process training (sourcing, pipelining, candidate experience & engagement, recruitment marketing and best practices) delivered to 60+ recruiters globally.

Head of Talent Acquisition for North America & Europe.

(Firm was Acquired by HH Global in October, 2020)Reporting to the CHRO, I led recruiting by providing Global strategy, process, thought leadership and coaching for our global talent acquisition function. Team of recruiters were located in North America, EMEA (also covered APAC) and LATAM. Within first month, my focus was on Diversity and Inclusion:Developed the firm's first D&I Talent Acquisition Strategy.Partnered with HRBP's to create and roll out immediate actions to embrace and further engage POC employees.Presented data and opportunities to further attract and engage POC.Enhanced HR dashboard through introducing and establishing baseline TA Metrics.

This was a ground up build of a new Talent Acquisition function: process & strategy, systems & tools, skill sets, team alignment & structure. I led a national team consisting of 5 TA Managers (direct reports) with a roll up of 25+ TA Coordinators, Sourcers, and Experienced Recruiters responsible for 2,500+ hires annually which included staffing for new and existing F500 multinational client accounts in various industries.
