I used to teach 5 classes/week at Ahimsa Yoga Studio (441 South Blvd., Oak Park, IL) on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. These classes ranged from vigorous Vinyasa Flow style to Gentle and Restorative yoga. My Friday 11:00 am class is comprised of gentle, easy postures with the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls and Essential Oils lightly sprayed in the room occasionally. At Ahimsa Yoga, in addition to my regular weekly classes, i also offered Gong Baths 1x/month and other yoga workshops.At Yoga Now in Chicago, I offered Gong Baths 1x or 2x/month, plus taught various yoga and yoga-related workshops.I also played the Earth Gong for Meditations/Sound Baths; taught a variety of workshops at many yoga studios, park districts, etc. around Chicagoland; and substitute taught as needed for a variety of yoga classes at both of the above Yoga studios.
