Member of Elanco’s on-site TechOps team, my role involves providing level 2 support to users local to Greenfield/Indianapolis as well as all remote and teleworkers within the United States. I provide support for their Dell/Lenovo hardware, Conference Rooms, Board of Directors Meetings, Teams, Microsoft Office, Outlook, IOS, and Verizon issues.Between tasks, I participate in weekly SCRUM meetings in relation to Project Skyline, an operation to move all of HQ into a new building downtown in 2025. My role is to keep communication with the third-party moving company, provide updates to my team, supervise the workstation setup and moving process, and test all workstations prior to the grand opening.Lastly, a weekly task for me is preparing all new hire devices, laptops and IOS devices, for New Employee Orientation Day (NEO). During which I work closely with HR to ensure all devices are ready and working ahead of time and that training is available during NEO.

I played a key role at The Oaks Academy, supporting the infrastructure of three campuses in downtown Indianapolis with a team of four. Our responsibilities included managing over 500 laptops and Chromebooks using Active Directory and Google Admin, performing key repairs on damaged devices, troubleshooting software related issues. and managing regular projects and events.
