Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors. Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products. Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards. Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items. Taste all drip coffee and espresso to ensure it meets Nordstrom standards.

The initial point of client contact and servicing. This position has frontline involvement with administering Travel protection plans for Cruise Lines, Tour Operators, and Retail Accounts. Essential duties include: Answer incoming calls in a prompt professional manner while meeting performance standards (average availability, talk time and call volume). Extend quality service to clients by providing knowledgeable coverage information and assisting with additional inquiries. Initiate claims and provide subsequent status information. Maintain key performance indicators, meeting standards set for the position. Compose written responses to customer inquiries. Provide direct support to sales manager by developing leads, contact information, and client relations. Manage and improve client relations as a field representative. Act as liaison between field and internal operations for Acupath Laboratories to properly route and resolve issues. Document, using ACT!, all client interactions, to compile data, producing reports to strategize sales approach. Educate clients regarding new services, testing, and products offered to up-sell and grow territorial business. Ensure adequate supply levels for all clients and communicate needs to internal operations as necessary.

Position designed to properly fulfill merchandising needs of the customer. Areas of focus include full shelf conditions, neatly merchandised displays and shelves, properly rotated stock, and accurate price tags/point of sale in place for all departments. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, rotating product, building and servicing existing displays as well as providing support and service to meet customers' needs.
