• Create and manage customer brands to maximize profits in each perspective market.• Construct and maintain customer websites using WordPress, Elementor, Yoast SEO, and WPForms.• Design compelling still and motion graphics for web, print, social media, email campaigns, and video use.• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong aptitude in Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom.• Photograph commercial properties and products and post-process them using Photoshop techniques such as compositing, color grading, clipping, and compositional cropping for internal and external use by customers.• Film and edit video using DSLR cameras, drones, stabilizers, audio equipment, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

• Post-process 3D and photo product imagery using Photoshop techniques such as compositing, retouching, color grading,clipping, and compositional cropping for TTI Group and top-level partners, such as Home Depot and Walmart.• Produce distinguished product images, consistent with strict RYOBI, RIGID, and HART power tool branding guidelines.• Organize and structure files so any team member can easily open and edit them when needed.• Make revisions such as compositing in model updates and replace stickers and labels on existing tools as requested.

• Manage Creative Department to maximize the impact of the three individual brands marketing successes and visions.• Create and manage compelling graphic design, web design, video and photography for the company including all three brands.• Conceive and develop graphic elements as needed for websites, paper media, and other marketing resources as per company branding.• Create brand catalogs, advertising, promotional graphics, and other sales materials as required to support sales and marketing teams.• Compose and edit videos, animations, and motion graphics for individual brand social media marketing use.• Work with Media and Sales Departments to develop and produce finished tradeshow booth presentations.• Manage graphics and product listing content on Lowe’s, Home Depot, Amazon and other third-party portals creating a consistent representation of all company brands.• Manage IT development including working with President and development to budget for development projects.• Handle all system bug fixes and planned upgrades through collaboration with IT developers.• Professionally and effectively communicate with outside vendors such as printers, website developers and advertising agencies to achieve company needs by target dates.• Organize and update Short Run Pro’s library of graphics and photography assets.

Job Duties:• Manage the Card Quest creative team and outside vendors during the construction of the Card Quest website.• Ability to learn quickly and a willingness to do whatever is necessary to complete an assigned task.• Perform daily website product updates including verbiage, pricing, and security maintenance.• Design a complete branding package, fitting within the focus and needs of Card Quest.• Generate multimedia marketing materials for website, print, social media and email campaigns.• Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.• Collaborate with team members as well as perform many independent tasks in a fast-paced environment.• Photograph all products to be used for both website and print marketing materials.• Film and edit quality video and create motion graphics for Card Quest YouTube channel.• Keep up-to-date working knowledge of over fifteen-hundred online products.
