Current- Manage personnel practices, policies and procedures by developing, updating, and recommending changes to existing policies and procedures.
- Administer Benefit Programs to include medical insurance, defined benefit retirement plan, 457(b) deferred compensation plan.
- Prepare full-time payroll and oversee the preparation of hourly payroll processing.
- Manage classification and compensation plans.
- Organize and present employee training and development for human resource topics.
