Danielle S. Farber joined Moses & Singer as an associate in 2007 and is a member of the Litigation practice. Prior to joining the firm, Danielle served as a senior appellate court attorney to the Justices of the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court, Second Judicial Department. Her work at the court provided her with vast experience in appellate practice and exposed her to virtually every major area of the law, including products liability, medical malpractice, defamation, commercial and contract litigation, real estate transactions, shareholder derivative actions, and SEQRA actions, arising in the context of civil, criminal and Family Court proceedings. Danielle’s practice focuses on the representation of clients in a variety of commercial civil litigation matters.
