Learning and Development with a career in development in large companies in Brazil and abroad, acting since 2015 in the planning, operation and management of L&D routines and management of meeting HR demands to internal customers. I have strong experience in managing the learning platform (LMS) and training programs throughout Latin America, being responsible for planning, developing, monitoring and completing the entire process.Graduated in Pedagogy, with an MBA in Strategic People Management, post-graduate student in Psychopedagogy and fluent in English and Spanish, I have solid experience in management and interface with teams, suppliers, internal and external customers, working in definitions and negotiations for the development of HR projects in multicultural and highly complex environments. I also add mastery in the analysis and control of performance indicators, identification of deviations and preparation of reports and presentations to align with the leaders involved and support decision making.Throughout my professional journey, I have contributed with significant results such as the delivery of more than 650 trainings throughout Latin America in the last five years; support for the implementation of the LinkedIn platform for Merck employees, ensuring 100% adherence of employees in Brazil; management of L&D metrics within the global goals established such as maintaining 85% customer satisfaction; delivery of the HR project on the Success Factors platform to Brazil and Mexico in October 2020 as 96% assertiveness and adherence; and support the implementation and management of the internal customer service tool (Neocase) for HR demands, in addition to acting as a customer service manager for the HR area, raising the level of customer satisfaction to 85% and the deadlines for attendance to 90%.
